After the COVID-19 pandemic, the global CBD and cannabinoid industry underwent fundamental changes. In Switzerland, around 90 percent of all producing companies were forced out of the market by extremely high electricity and production costs. Additionally, labor costs in Switzerland are among the highest in the world, further complicating economic production. Many companies ceased operations or relocated abroad. As a result, our Swiss partners lost their entire supply chains virtually overnight.
